BioLife Cleansing Program

The first and most important step in the process of building and maintaining superior health is cleansing and purifying the whole body of bio accumulation (a build up of toxic wastes).

Over the years of constantly consuming processed, refined and preserved foods, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, synthetic drugs, excess sugars, pesticides, and being constantly to the many environmental toxins, cleansing and purifying the body temple is imperative as the toxic chemicals do accumulate within tissues over time.

Without removing excess internal pollution from the cells and tissues, restoring proper physiological balance is unlikely, and laying a strong, solid foundation upon which to build optimal health would not be successfully accomplished.

Your BioLife Cleansing Program is a comprehensive two-part process used with tremendous success at the Center for Disease Prevention. It is designed to deeply and systemically cleanse and purify the bowels, blood, organs, tissues and cells. Anyone truly interested in health must do this at least once in their lifetime. But with the world we live in today, cleansing and purifying the body must be a periodic lifetime habit in order to optimize health and prevent disease.

Understanding The Critical Need To Cleanse & Purify

Cleansing and purifying of the body of toxic substances is a natural physiological process that is constantly in operation. It happens at the cellular level of every organ and tissue structure and is critical to the efficient functioning of all metabolic (life-sustaining) pathways.

The functional capacity of all biological systems in creating and maintaining energy for optimum health, and rebuilding of new healthy cells and strong tissues, are disrupted if the body's channels of elimination are not functioning efficiently.

The body's channels of eliminating toxic wastes are primarily the colon (large intestine), and include the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system and skin. For efficient functioning, these critical cleansing and detoxifying pathways require proper biochemical balance, sufficient intake of pure water on a daily basis, good nerve and muscle tone, unhindered circulation, and the correct quantities and quality of biochemical nutrients supplied through a balanced diet that is compatible with human physiology.

When constipation (1 bowel movement or less with 3 meals a day) exist as it does among most civilized populations, it increases the workload on all the body's other excretory organs and over time, contributes to significant cellular congestion. Additionally, modern lifestyles today on our planet constantly expose us to thousands of toxic substances that continuously place functional demands on the body's cleansing systems. Over time, they can become weakened and less efficient as bio accumulation (build of toxins in the tissues) develops. The flow of energy through the body needed to sustain critical life functions depends upon a clean system.

Among the primary causes of impairing the body's channels of elimination are

POOR NUTRITION: Statistics show that 60-75% of the foods consumed by modern societies are processed, refined, devitalized, and preserved foods that are not natural (according to nature). Foods which are low in nutrition, fiber, bulk and water, that are poorly combined and prepared.

LACK OF EXERCISE: This compromises metabolic efficiency and over time, systemically weakens muscle tone and functional strength which can make elimination organs incapable of holding up with constant eliminative demands of the poor diets and dietary habits that most of us have.

MENTAL & EMOTIONAL STRESS: We are exposed to, and caught up in daily modern lifestyles that can be a constant mental/emotional strain on our lives. This affects every dimension of our health and well-being by continuously disrupting neuro-endocrine balance. Ongoing neurological and endocrine imbalances of mental/emotional stressors, eventually produces unfavorable conditions within the digestive and elimination organs, causing them to become tense and under active.

EXTRINSIC POISONS: The need to increase the shelf-life of foods has led to the use of thousands of toxic chemical being added to the food chain in the form of preservatives, additives, dyes, flavor enhancers, emulsifiers, artificial flavors, animal hormones, irradiation etc. Together with the use of other substances such as tobacco, coffee, alcohol, antibiotics and other prescription drugs, chocolate and refined sugars, these foreign (toxic) chemicals not only pollute the internal ecology of the body contributing to ill health, but also have unfavorable effects upon digestion and eliminative processes by upsetting gastrointestinal secretions and strong nerve responses.

These four primary causative factors all contribute to low levels of health and premature degeneration. In truth, we don't degenerate because we get old; we get old because we degenerate.

The Key To Achieving & Maintaining Physical Balance

The body, like the earth from which it was formed is 70% water and 30 matter. Therefore the body-temple is not a solid structure, but more a fluid one.

Science reveals that about 60% of the fluids that make up most of the body are intracellular (inside the cells), the rest of it provides the internal environment which all cells, tissues and organs live in. In nature, the quality of life of every living thing including the cells that make up all organs and tissues of the body, thrives or diminishes according to its relationship to its environment. Moved too far away from its correct fluid environment, cells will eventually die. Herein lies the key to OPTIMIZING HEALTH and PREVENTING DISEASE.

In the early 1900's, one of the scientific worlds's most recognized physician/researcher, Dr. Alexis Carrel, performed what is considered to be the most remarkable scientific experiment ever recorded. He subsequently received the Nobel Prize for metabolic chemistry, his work in developing surgical procedures and the first mechanical heart.

Dr. Carrel took living cells from a chicken embryo and placed them in a balanced solution (fluid environment), and place nutrients upon which the cells can feed. Since they were not in a living system, the fluid had to be changed daily, and nourishment added because of metabolic waste produced through cellular respiration which pollutes the fluid.

This procedure went on for 32 years without the cells becoming sick or dying. This went against all that biology taught, especially considering that the life span of a chicken is only 7-8 years. This was an unbelievable accomplishment in science. In Dr. Carrel's absence one day, the cells died because his assistant forgot to change the fluid.

Dr. Carrel's conclusion of his experiment was that, "The cells appear immortal. As far as we can tell, once the environment remains clean and balanced, and there is nutrition on which to feed, the pulsation of life appears to go on indefinitely. When the cells degenerate, it is because the fluids they live in first deteriorate."

This remarkable experiment confirms the natural genetic programming and potential to remain healthy and shows the vital importance of periodic cleansing for the creation and maintenance of energy for life.

Understanding How Your Body Cleanses & Purifies Itself

The Colon

is the sewer system of the body where most of the toxic waste go for elimination. It is a tube approximately 6 feet in length and about 2 ½ - 3 inches wide. Its walls can stretch up to 5 times its original size with impacted fecal matter, which happens to people with extended midsections. It can hold more than 30 gallons of fluid.

Here in the colon the body absorbs water, synthesizes some vitamins, and provides the body's first line of defense by billions of ‘beneficial' bacteria commonly known as "healthy flora" or probiotics. A healthy adult should have about 3-4 pounds of this healthy flora, but research has shown that the average individual has less than 25% of that. These organisms help maintain a healthful intestinal environment and are critical to digestive and elimination processes.

During this cleansing phase of your program, some of these beneficial bacteria will be lost and so they must be replenished with the use of right diet and our Probiotic Formula.

Within the colon poisons are created every day by the effects of improper elimination (fermentation & putrification). Once efficient bowel elimination (2-3 x a day) is impaired, toxins will accumulate and be absorbed into the bloodstream. Once this is happens, these physiological toxins can circulate throughout the body and hinder cellular, organ and system function, accumulating in tissue over time.

Toxins being leached into the blood stream create a stress load for the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system and skin. Building or restoring health in any form must begin with cleansing and restoring efficient bowel function.

The Liver

is the largest internal gland of the body and one of its most complex organs, said to be the only one capable of regenerating itself if even 80% of it were removed. More than 500 of its functions have been identified.

The liver's hepatic cells also detoxify numerous ingested substances like alcohol, other toxins and various poisons produced within the intestines. The liver is constantly working to detoxify to body of harmful toxins.

The liver is the first detoxifying organ of the body to take up the overload effects of poor digestion and bowel elimination. Over time, coupled with poor dietary choices and eating habits, the liver can become congested, impairing the efficiency of many of its life-preserving functions.

Your BioCleanse program will also cleanse and support liver function, as its tissues can become laden with pollution from continuous detoxification. It is critically important to the restoration and maintenance of good health and life that the liver continues to function well.

The Kidneys

are two powerful fist-size organs that work nonstop, 24 hours a day, never resting, until the day we die. Their critical function is filtering the blood, removing urea, toxic chemicals, salts and excess minerals, and other soluble waste from the blood plasma through a complex filtration network, out through the urine.

All the blood passes through the kidneys about 20 times every hour. That's about 1183 liters a day. The kidneys also maintain the critical water-electrolyte balance essential for efficient metabolic functioning.

When bowel elimination is impaired, and/or when digestive enzyme activity is low as it is with many people, undigested proteins enter the bloodstream, creating additional elimination responsibilities for the kidneys.

Over time the tissues of the kidneys can become congested with bio accumulation and impair their function, contributing to a plethora of ill conditions. The Lungs

are a remarkable pair of highly elastic life-sustaining organs that facilitate the processing of the air we breath to oxygenate the tissues throughout the body, without which, we could not live.

The lungs also remove loads of toxic (acidic) wastes from metabolic functions, and other toxic waste from the blood, chemically bound to the carbon dioxide in its remarkable exchange process. Like the liver and kidneys, when excessive internal pollution exist creating toxic loads on the body's channels of elimination, the tissues of the lungs can become congested with acidic bio accumulation and over time, impair their efficient function. During your BioCleanse program, your lungs are also supported.

The Lymphatic System

is a vast, complex network of capillaries, thin vessels, valves, ducts, node and organs (tonsils, appendix, thymus, spleen) that help to cleanse, protect and maintain the internal fluid environment of the entire body, by filtering, producing and conveying lymph. The lymphatic network also transports fats, proteins, and other substances to the blood system, and restores 60% of the fluid that filters out of the blood capillaries during normal metabolism.

While the network of blood vessels have the heart to continuously pump the blood, the lymphatic network of vessels is propelled by various body dynamics such as respiratopressure changes, muscular contractions, and movements of organs surrounding the lymphatic vessels that combine to pump the lymph through the lymphatic system.

Toxic substances filtered from the blood by the lymphatic system are removed through the capillaries that abound the dermis of the skin, forming a continuous network over the entire body. They are expelled through the sweat and some are also dumped back into the intestines for removal.

Throughout your BioLife Program and your life, it is essential that consistent EXERCISE be maintained to create the body dynamics and sweating necessary for the lymphatic system to function optimally for sustained health.

The Skin

is a tough, supple, cutaneous membrane that covers the entire surface of the body. It is composed of a thick layer of connective tissue called the dermis and an epidermis of five layers of cells. The skin replaces itself every 28 days as the cells of each layer migrate upward as they mature.

The skin expels waste through the dermis brought by the lymphatic capillaries when the skin is cooling the body due to a rise in temperature, such as in exercise. The skin is the largest organ to expel toxins from the body, and is also the largest one to ingest toxins from the environment, through hair treatments, deodorants, and other cosmetic preparations. Be mindful of things you put on your skin.

Are You Cleansing Your Whole Body For The First Time? Here Are Things You Need To Be Aware Of

Each of the 100 trillion (100,000,000,000,000) + cells within the adult human body carry a genetic blueprint of what organ or tissue that particular cell constructs, and a genetic programming that determines how and when construction (regeneration) according to that blueprint is to be done. This is how and why a single cell at conception was able to replicate itself into 6 trillion cells forming the complex structure of the human body within 9 months, all on its own.

This natural, inherent programming of each cell within the human body to regenerate itself (300 million cells per minute) is the body's natural design to continuously maintain a balanced state of health.

Throughout the years of our lives, we in ignorance choose worldly lifestyles, attitudes and traditions of feeding our bodies that continuously work against our natural physiological balance. Over time this natural balance becomes more and more suppressed, as the body has to adapt its natural functions to the (unnatural) choices of our lifestyle, attitude and diet.

Because of its self-regulating capacity, as the body adapts its normal, natural functions to compensate for the effects of imbalances brought on by unnatural living, symptoms are the inevitable result. It may begin with lack of energy and vitality, feelings of malaise, skin irritations, minor aches and pains, digestive irregularities; nothing specific that we can attach a name of a condition to.

Taking synthetic, toxic medication that controls symptoms only, while necessary at times, cannot restore the natural balance lost by the way we have chosen to live, behave, and feed our bodies. This can only be accomplished by a dietary and lifestyle change!

As you begin your BioCleanse Guide, your first step in restoring balance and harmony within, is like beginning a journey to ascend back up the same steps you would have descended as your health deteriorated.

It is important that you know that as the body is progressively cleansed and detoxified of years of pollution, it is not uncommon that you experience past symptoms that you may have had as you descended the steps to wherever you may be today. Particularly if those past symptoms were suppressed with antibiotic or steroidal drugs. These old pains or discomforts are healing symptoms and are a very good sign that the body is indeed regaining its balance, and unearthing old underlying imbalances that had been suppressed in tissues.

If this is your first systemic (whole body) cleanse, as your body is being purified, feeling unwell for the first day or two is not uncommon. As toxins are being removed, one can also experience headaches, perhaps feel a bit weak, feel cold, nauseous, or perhaps itching or even a skin rash as toxins are being expelled through the skin.

Statically it has been found that around 60% of people hardly notice much of any healing symptoms. About 30% will experience mild ones of short duration - nothing that should interrupt daily activity; and about 10% may experience unbearable discomforts. In the rare event of this, slow down on the dietary changes. Include back some of the food your body has been accustomed to, but continue with the cleansing support formulas. This reduces the effects. The difference is the functional capacity of the body's channels of elimination to expel toxins, which varies from one individual to another in strength.

Miscellaneous Food Items To Support Your Program

The following items listed below can be obtained from your grocery, health food store or from our office (Barbados (246)426-3825).

Bragg Amino Acid - A natural liquid herbal condiment which adds flavor to your soups, salads, sauces, and general cooking. We recommend you put into a spray bottle for your salads for longer use.

Soy Milk - This is to replace dairy milk for cereals, tea, and blending your Nutritionizer shake.

Tofu & Soy Foods - Tofu is an excellent meat (protein) substitute made from soybeans that is quite versatile for preparations. It also has far more health benefits than animal protein. Use other soy foods as well: tofu cheese (slices & Parmesan), Gran & Vita Burger etc. (available in supermarkets).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - This is the best oil to use for your cooking and is excellent for use in your salad dressings. If you cannot get the ‘extra virgin' then use the ‘virgin' olive oil.

Real Salt - This is natural, unrefined sea salt with minerals. It is safe for hypertensive people to use.

Vegetable Broth Mix (yeast-free) - To add to your soups and sauces.

Herbal Teas (of your choice) - Caffeine-free Herbal teas are far more beneficial to health and many offer cleansing, regenerating nutritional and therapeutic properties not found in regular black teas.

Hydrogen Peroxide - One of the many beneficial properties of this compound is in safely removing harmful agricultural chemicals from your vegetables (see "important Instruction" section for preparation).

Epsom Salts & Baking Soda - Needed for your therapeutic bath in Phase Two.

Properly cleansing the bowels, blood, liver and kidneys. Follow This Fresh Food Plan For 3 Days

For best nutritional requirements from your BioCleanse Diet, it is important that you rotate around the varieties listed and not stick to just one. It is okay to be creative with your diet. Just try to remain within the general framework of this cleansing way of eating.

On Rising:

have a 6 oz glass of pure warm, or room temperature water with a fresh squeeze of lemon or lime. (Avoid drinking cold water as this works against efficient digestion/elimination. You will soon get used to it)

Breakfast: (Don't miss)

In a blender, blend 1 scoop of Nutritionizer with 10 oz of soy or almond milk. Add ½ banana or apple, 1 tsp. organic oats, flax or other seeds, or a few almonds. Blend 30 seconds.

  • Or have a bowl of fresh fruit, enough for a meal. Example: cherries, grapes, apple, plum, kiwi, papaya, pineapple. Or have a whole grapefruit. Use the more lower glycemic fruits. Avoid this breakfast option with malignant conditions and yeast infestation! Never mix sweet & acid fruits.
  • Or Chunky Energizer Soup: cook 3 celery stalks until tender in 1 cup of water and add vegetable broth mix. Then put into blender with ¼ cabbage, ½ small sweet pepper, ¼ medium onion, and 1 carrot. Blend together and serve in a cup or bowl. Add Bragg Amino Acid and a little cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Or Alfalfa Sprout Salad: 1/3 cup of alfalfa sprouts, 1 (raw) grated carrot, 1 sliced celery stalk, ½ diced raw christophene, 1/8 cup (raw) minced onion, 3 Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil or flax seed oil, 1 Tbs. Fresh lemon or lime juice. Mix all, sprinkle with paprika, sesame seeds (optional) and serve on a bed of lettuce.
  • Or have an 8-10 oz glass of freshly juiced vegetables of 80% greens, like cucumbers (gives most liquid), sweet peppers, parsley, celery, carrot and ¼ pc. apple. You may also have a piece of fruit of your choice.

Have your recommended cleansing support formulas about 30-60 minutes after breakfast

Midmorning:

have an 8-10 oz glass of pure water with 1 tsp Vaxa Greens powder, if hungry have a piece of fresh fruit.

Lunch:

have a fresh raw salad consisting of leafy greens (pak choy, spinach, lettuce, etc.), with alfalfa sprouts, and a variety of about 4 other vegetables of your choice (cucumber, celery, sweet pepper, christophene, onion, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, etc.) Serve with bowl of lentil, tomato or kidney bean soup (no canned soups please).

  • Or lightly stir-fry a variety of vegetables (broccoli, pumpkin/squash, onion, green beans, etc. - 50% of meal) with ginger, garlic and olive oil. Serve with Uncle Ben's Converted rice, brown rice or sweet potato and cooked lentils, or chickpeas. (Optionally) you may add tofu to your stir-fried vegetables for protein instead of the cooked grains (remember, you have room to be creative).
  • Or have some steamed broccoli, pumpkin, okra, and baked sweet potato, with stewed kidney beans and a raw side salad including sprouts and other leafy greens. Other ground provisions can be substituted.
  • Or cook a bowl of split pea, pumpkin, cauliflower, or other soup with tofu and blend after cooking. Have with a raw side salad of 80% greens and 1-2 slices of toasted whole grain bread with little garlic butter.

Drink pure room temperature water about 1 hour after lunch with any midday formulas

Mid-afternoon:

have another 8-10 oz glass of pure water with 1 tsp. Vaxa Greens powder. By now you should have already consumed about 6 glasses of water. This is important for the cleansing process. If you need a snack, use some fresh fruit, sesame or other seeds, or a few almonds.

Dinner: (Not later than 7:00 if possible)

have a large hearty raw tuna salad with lots of greens. Let it include alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, grated beets, carrots, grated pumpkin, tomato, onions and leafy greens, and any other of your choice (about 60% plant-based foods). Sprinkle with Soy Parmesan cheese, and your Bragg/olive oil/lemon salad dressing. Mix your tuna (from the can) with soy mayonnaise if not regular one. 1-2 slices of whole grain bread can be used with this option ONLY if you did not have earlier in the day. Drink only pure room temperature water 1 hour after or have a warm cup of herbal tea.

  • Or have a bowl of vegetable soup (or other), with a wholesome veggie sandwich (lettuce, tomato, sprouts and tofu) marinated with Bragg Amino Acid.
  • Or have a side (1/2 cup) of cooked/stewed grains (e.g. pigeon peas, lentils, chickpeas, soy beans, etc.) served with steamed vegetables and a raw side salad. Drink only pure room temperature water 1 hr. after.

Throughout the day you should be taking little water breaks.

Water is better utilized this way. Not large amounts at once. By this time you should have had about 8-10 glasses of water. Naturally you will urinate more. This is necessary for toxins to be flushed out. Over time your body will adjust to this. Your Vaxa Greens, herbal teas and fresh vegetable juices also account for your water intake.

Have any recommended evening support formulas about 1 hour after your dinner

Before Bed: (optional)

have a warm (not hot) cup of relaxing herbal tea life Chamomile if you desire. Herbal teas may also be consumed anytime throughout the day. Use fructose (fruit sugar available at health food stores) to sweeten. Avoid peppermint tea for now! It hinders homeopathic medicines.

NOTE: Break away from the mind set that only certain foods can be used at certain times. Throughout your cleansing and purification diet, any food can be used at anytime. So feel free to switch things around!

Daily Physical & Mental Exercises (The Framework)

Physical:

PHYSICAL EXERCISE is a major piece of the health puzzle. It enhances ALL metabolic (life-sustaining) processes. Whether you choose to exercise in the morning or the evening is your choice. But it is IMPORTANT that you do exercise!!

Engage in only moderate cardiovascular (aerobic) exercises (e.g. brisk walking, stretching). It is very important that you maintain consistency in order to enhance utilization of water into the cells and support metabolic efficiency.

Mental/Emotional:

Nothing has more influence over the physiological functions of the body than mental and emotional states of being. Therefore it is imperative to optimizing health and preventing disease that we begin giving serious, conscious attention to this dimension of our being, perhaps even more so than we do to our physical bodies. Since we are more than physical, then health must be more than physical.

The dimension of our mental and emotional lives is governed by our belief system. We refer to it as the ‘Belief Factor'. It is whatever we hold to be true in life. It is upon the realizations of these answers that you can begin to build a stable ‘framework' for your life. If we sincerely and honestly search ourselves, most will find that our self-image, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth is not where it ought to be. Deep down, unconsciously most of us do not like ourselves. This is why we often engage in self-destructive lifestyles knowing what we are doing is not good for us.

Working to build sound emotional wellness is more important than working to build a stronger healthier body. For without the balance of mental/emotional wellness, physical health cannot be optimized, success in life is surely hindered, and disease can never be prevented.

Restoring Proper Digestion & Elimination Means Combining Your Foods Well

Scientific research in metabolic chemistry has shown that not all foods are properly digested together. The following rules of food combining once followed diligently, will contribute greatly to enhancing the efficiency of digestive processes, better nutrient absorption, promote better elimination, and significantly less toxic buildup.

Do not eat protein and starches together!

This rule applies to animal protein and starches, not vegetable protein. It takes a series of digestive acids (pepsin, hydrochloric acid, etc.) to break down protein, and a series of alkaline (ptyalin, maltase, etc.) to break down starch (carbohydrates). When these acids and alkalis are combined they neutralize each other. The result is improper digestion, which results in undigested food fermenting in the intestines creating physiological toxins in the body, and excess proteins in the bloodstream which can cause many problems.

Do not eat fruits and vegetables together!

Fruits are more cleansers while vegetables are more builders. This combination does not go well together just like trying to keep a house clean while trying to build it at the same time. It would not be effective. Tomatoes are a fruit and an exception to this rule.

Do not eat sweet and acid fruits together!

These two categories of food repel each other. For example, do not eat bananas with grapefruit, oranges with raisins, tangerines with prunes, etc. There is no exception to this rule. Always eat melons alone!

Do not eat any kind of fruit with protein or starches!

PROTEIN: Fruit sugars are absorbed quickly into the intestines while proteins require a much longer time for digestion in the stomach. When eaten together, the fruit sugars are held back in the stomach at 104 degrees while protein is being digested. When this happens, you can count on your food rotting.

Do not drink while eating!

You should drink ½ hour before meals or 1 hour after. This common practice of drinking with meals that we have learnt through tradition is a major contributor to impaired digestive processes over time. This practice will dilute digestive juices and cause food to be improperly digested. We should also NEVER eat and then lie down to rest/sleep with food in our stomach. This weakens digestive processes over time!

Always chew your food properly!

Digestion is a sequential process. Beginning at the mouth, if one step is insufficiently done, the other steps that follow will not be efficient as well. Food must be masticated if digestion in the stomach is to be efficient.

The stomach has no teeth! Never stuff your mouth with more food than you can comfortably chew, and you should chew each mouthful until liquefied. This bad habit of not chewing food well over time contributes to compromising health in many ways.

Important Dietary Instructions To Follow Carefully

AVOID ALL refined sugars (use fructose or Stevia), table salt (use Real Salt), white flour and pastry products made with it, regular pastas, alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee and caffeine-containing products; all dairy products especially cheese, and all animal-based foods except as recommended.

It is essential to proper cleansing, cellular metabolism, and biological balance that you consume adequate amounts of water daily (about 10 glasses). Or 1 oz water for each pound of lean body mass.

Dietary choices may be rearranged and switched around among the varieties. This creativity will afford more variety and better nutrition. Make sure however that you remain within the framework of this general vegetarian-type diet.

IMPORTANT!

If you have a very chronic degenerative condition like cancer, HIV/AIDS, do not use fruit, honey or fructose - NOTHING SWEET! Only Stevia may be used. In such serious conditions, you MUST drink an average of 6 glasses of freshly juiced vegetables daily.

TO REMOVE AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS:

Add 4 Tbs. of Hydrogen Peroxide to ½ kitchen sink of water and let vegetables soak - 15 minutes for leaves and 20-30 minutes for hard vegetables. Optionally you may use the product "FIT" available in supermarkets.

Cleansing & purifying the blood, lymph, cells and tissues Follow This Hi-Liquid Plan For 3-4 Days

On Rising:

have a (6-8 oz) glass of preferably warm, or room temperature water with fresh a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon. This is a good lifetime practice to adopt in the maintenance of good health.

Breakfast:

Mix a shake of 1 scoop Nutritionizer into 10-12 oz of Soy Dream soy milk beverage, almond milk or pure water. Add ½ banana or apple, 1 tsp. organic oats, flax or other seeds or almonds.

Have your morning cleansing support formulas with or after your breakfast.

Around 9:00:

have a glass of water with 1 tsp. Vaxa Greens powder and a piece of fresh fruit of your choice.

Around 10:30:

have a glass of fresh grapefruit juice mixed ½ & ½ with pure water. Or a fresh glass of cucumber, carrot and celery juice. Or a warm cup of Red Clover or Rose Hips herbal tea. Or a tsp. of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar into 8-10 oz room temperature water, with a tip of Stevia (herbal sweetener).

Around 11:30:

have another glass of Vaxa Greens in pure water or coconut water.

Lunch Time (noon):

have a warm bowl of the Healing Soup (recipe on next page) with a raw side salad. You may alternate the salad with 2 slices of toasted whole grain bread with soy or garlic butter.

One Hour After:

have another glass of Vaxa Greens in pure water or coconut water.

About 3:00:

have a glass of coconut water or pure water or freshly juiced vegetables, or a warm cup of herbal tea (Rose Hips, Red Clover or your choice). Rotate among these choices.

You may snack lightly on sunflower or pumpkin seeds, soaked almonds, or raw veggie sticks

About 4:00:

have a glass of Vaxa Greens with pure water or coconut water or fresh grapefruit juice.

About 6:00:

have another glass of Vaxa Greens with pure water or coconut water.

Dinner: (If possible, no later than 7:00 p.m.)

have another bowl of Healing Soup, or Parsley or Cauliflower Soup (may rotate them daily) with a raw side salad or whole grain veggie sandwich.

Or have another Nutritionizer shake with soy or almond milk with the additions if you like.

Before Bed (optional):

have a warm cup of herbal tea like Chamomile or other (no milk). Sweeten with Stevia.

During this part two of your cleansing diet, try to get to bed early and get as much rest as possible. Your body puts much energy into cleansing and will need sufficient rest for effective purification at the cellular level.

Additional dietary instructions to follow with part two

  • Continue to avoid all foods recommended to be avoided in PART ONE!
  • Try your best not to let yourself go hungry during this second part of the cleansing process. Sometimes circumstances can prevent smooth following through, but give it your best.
  • Your PART TWO must be high liquid to flush wastes being released at the cellular level. No heavily cooked foods. This slows down the cleansing and purification process.
  • Pure water, coconut water, freshly squeezed grapefruit or orange juice, freshly juiced vegetables, 100% natural grape or apple juice and herbal teas are the only fluids you should be using. Avoid all pasteurized, canned and carbonated beverages.
  • You goal is to consume about 12 servings of liquid including soups and herbal teas.
