Vaxa International Shipping Policy
All orders that arrive by 12:30P.M. E.S.T. Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders that arrive after this time will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. The following is a list of shipping options:
UPS Ground - $6 minimum or 2% of the retail subtotal (whichever is greater). Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Ground service is only available in the continental United States.
UPS 3-Day Select - Additional $5 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 3 business days for delivery. 3-Day Select service is only available in the continental United States.
UPS 2-Day Air - Additional $10 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 2 business days for delivery.
UPS Next Day - Additional $19 to the applicable ground charge. Allow 1 business day for delivery.
UPS Saturday Delivery - Not Available!
International Orders:
You will be notified by e-mail regarding the cost of your international order. Generally, we ship Express Mail Service to international destinations. This is a traceable method of shipment; your order usually arrives within 3-4 days and is less expensive than UPS.
Be aware, you are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as all duty and taxes. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs and there is a delay in shipping time or product is confiscated.
